Chip is a Godsend. I was going through a rough time in life and was facing foreclosure so I made the decision to sell my home. I used a realtor that was referred by my attorney, and I was very disatisfied to say the least. I felt as though I wasn’t being heard and that she was doing the bare minimum. She made a bad situation even worse. I took my house off the market just so I wouldn’t have to deal with her. Chip stopped by my home one day to offer his service and I am so thankful that he did. Chip was warm and welcoming right from the beginning and made this process pleasant and bearable. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that he not only sold my property, but that he got me the best possible deal. Honestly words can not express the gratitude that I have. They really don’t make them like Chip anymore. I would definitely recommend his service if, you not only want a very knowledgeable realtor, but an overall stand up guy.
